Senator Ellis requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR HOUSE                                    
BILL NO. 348(JUD) "An Act relating to the rights of certain victims                                 
of crime to receive information about the office of victims' rights and                             
the Violent Crimes Compensation Board" be taken up. The bill was                                    
before the Senate on reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                                                    
Senator Dyson declared a conflict of interest.                                                      
                                                                                                    
Senator Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a                                  
cross sponsor on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered.
